XRF Calibration Services with X-RAY NOW
X-RAY NOW provides XRF equipment calibration services for Bowman, Oxford, Seiko, Hitachi, Thermo, Veeco, and Fischer. We are ISO certified for XRF calibrations and all calibrations are performed with thickness standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (N.I.S.T). We also perform a radiation survey and provide a checklist based on the OEM yearly recommendations.
